Summer Camps

★ WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ★​​

Campers will need:​

• Refillable Water Bottle

• 2 Snacks and Lunch (We are a NUT FREE studio, NO PEANUTS or nuts of ANY KIND *includes nutella*)

• Walking shoes are also recommended as we sometimes go to the park across the street!

• Athletic clothing: long leggings, yoga pants or sweatpants are recommended to prevent discomfort. A leotard or tshirt that can be tucked in are recommended as we will be upside down.

Pick UP & Drop Off: A parent is required to sign the child in and out UNLESS you bring a signed note that says your child can go home with (Grandparents, Friends, etc.)

Performances: The last day of camp (Friday) the students will have a performance around 3:00 PM! Please do your best to attend and see all the hard work your junior circus artists have put in!

Summer Camp Refund & Transfer Policy

​

​

There is a one-time $50 registration fee for all new campers. All Camp registration forms are required to be submitted by Friday the week prior to your first week of camp.

​

Transfer policy:

• Prior to May 3: If a parent requests a cancellation, they can transfer their child to any available camp at no charge.

• After May 3:  They will be a $25 transfer fee per session/class for any schedule changes, regardless of the original sign-up date.

Refund policy:

• Between January 1 and May 1: Parents receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee per session or class cancelled.

• Between May 2 and June 1: Parents receive a 50% refund minus ( cancellation fee of $150 per week session cancelled).

After June 1: No refunds.

Cirque de Vol Behavior & Discipline Guidelines:

Our program creates a safe and supportive atmosphere for all campers. Campers are to behave in considerate and responsible ways that respect the dignity of others.

Campers are committed to doing their part to maintain and uphold this atmosphere by acting with kindness and respect at all times when they are at the studio, or participating in any of our programs.

​

Actions will at all times reflect Cirque de Vol Core Values & Follow Program Rules and Safety Policies.

Each of our trainers are certified, safety-minded, and specially trained to support kids. Our youth and teen classes and camps help every child feel comfortable, supported, and confident—even if they’re nervous to try something new.
