About the instructors:
Shane and Victoria have been acro yoga partners for 5 years. Victoria is a dancer and circus performer, founder of Purple Marble Circus, and facilitator for Raleigh Acro Group’s free Wednesday night jams at Pullen Park / Method Road Park.
Shane can often be found upside down or 15 feet up on a rock climbing wall somewhere.

If you’ve ever thought “this pose just doesn’t work in my body,” “the fabric feels uncomfortable,” or “my flexibility or body shape makes this hard,” this class is for you.Whether you are brand new to aerial hammock or have taken foundations classes and struggled with certain stretches or skills, this workshop focuses on accessible, realistic modifications that support a wide range of bodies, especially plus-size and curvy bodies.
