Membership Policies
Please take a moment to familiarize
yourself with our membership policies.
Membership Billing & Cancellation
Memberships are billed automatically each month, providing uninterrupted access to your classes and membership benefits. If you wish to cancel your membership after completing your commitment term, we require 30 days' written notice prior to your next billing date.

Member Class Credit Policy
Memberships include a set number of class credits per month. Class credits may be used in any eligible class during the active membership period. Class credits do not roll over month to month.
Members who anticipate being out of town or otherwise unavailable near the end of their membership period are encouraged to use their credits before their absence.
Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to the studio's cancellation and no-show policies.
Membership Terms
All memberships include a commitment period of 3 or 12 months for adults, and 6 or 12 months for kids, allowing us to provide a stable training environment and maintain consistent class offerings for our students. Members are responsible for all payments during their selected commitment term. Memberships cannot be canceled before the commitment period has been fulfilled.

As a gift for our most committed members, those who choose a 12-month membership receive their 13th month free.

For students with travel or pre-planned events, we recommend class packs, or pay-as-you-go drop-in classes to avoid missing committed sessions, or you may pause your membership. The pause fee is $29/monthly.
Class Reservations & Cancellations
All students are responsible for their own attendance. We encourage prioritizing class time to get the most from your membership. To help ensure classes remain available and accessible for all students, we ask that cancellations be made at least 6 hours before class begins through your Walla account or by notifying us in writing.

Late Cancellation Fee: $10

No-Show Fee: $15 and forfeiture of the class credit
Membership Holds
We understand that life happens. Members may place their membership on hold for any reason up to twice per calendar year, for a combined total of up to 3 months, with a monthly hold fee of $29.
All hold requests must be submitted in writing. We ask for 30 day notice for membership pauses, but understand sometimes this may not be feasible. To ensure you receive the full value of your membership commitment, any hold time will be added to the end of your agreement, extending your membership by the same amount of time.

Injury Holds
If an injury prevents you from participating, we're happy to place your membership on hold with a doctor's note. There is no fee for injury-related holds. Injury holds may be approved for 1–3 months, or longer when medically necessary. All injury hold requests must be submitted in writing and accompanied by a doctor's note. As with all membership holds, any paused time will be added to the end of your agreement so you don't lose any of the time you've committed to.

New Member Initiation Fee
A one-time $70 initiation fee applies to all new memberships. We offer several ways to reduce or eliminate this fee: The fee is waived entirely when you enroll before your introductory offer expires. If you sign up for a membership within 48 hours of your first drop-in class, the cost of that class will be applied toward your initiation fee. For example, if you attend a $50 drop-in class and then enroll within 48 hours, your initiation fee is reduced from $70 to just $20.

Refunds
All services are non-refundable. Except in the most extenuating circumstances, we cannot offer refunds. In cases where a student provides sufficient notice for an extenuating circumstance, we may issue an account credit for the amount paid. Class credits are non-transferable and must be used within the allotted time window.
