Cirque Ambassador Program

What is the Ambassador Program?
The Cirque de Vol Ambassador Program is a work-trade opportunity that allows passionate community members to earn class credit in exchange for helping out at the studio. It’s a great fit for individuals who love circus arts, want to train regularly, and enjoy being part of a supportive and inclusive environment.
Our Mission, Values & Vision
Mission Statement
Cirque de Vol’s mission is to create an inspiring community that fosters human growth through creative movement and connection. We believe deeply in the joy and transformation that can come through circus arts and play.
Values
We’re better together.
Cirque de Vol is committed to inclusivity and compassion. Our doors are open to individuals of all backgrounds—regardless of age, race, ability, gender identity, or economic circumstance. We strive to cultivate a spirit of friendship, growth, and self-awareness through movement and creativity.
Vision
For adults, our programs offer a space for empowerment, healing, and reconnection through playful learning. For youth and teens, we provide a safe and inclusive environment to explore creativity, embodiment, and self-expression through circus and aerial arts.
How the Ambassador Program Works
-
Work-to-Credit Exchange
For every hour worked at the studio, Ambassadors receive an equivalent credit amount to be used toward classes. -
Class Enrollment
Credits can be used to register for eligible classes. Some specialty workshops may not qualify for work-trade use. -
Time Commitment
Most Ambassadors work between 4–8 hours per week, depending on their class schedule and studio needs. Scheduling is coordinated with studio management. -
Class Registration
A manager will assist with signing you up for classes using your credits. Ambassadors are not permitted to register themselves through our system. -
Tracking & Timesheets
Ambassadors log their work hours and attended classes on a shared timesheet to ensure accurate credit tracking. -
Monthly Credit Issuance
Work hours are converted to class credits monthly and applied to your Cirque de Vol studio account.
Possible Work-Trade Duties
Ambassadors support a variety of important studio functions, including:
