1 hour of Aerial Instruction and Play, followed by 30 minutes of time in our fun and funky circus studio for cake and refreshments for up to 8 participants.

What to expect: starting with some fun conditioning and warm up games and learning a few instructed skills and poses on an aerial apparatus.
Just as in our regular classes, our student-to-instructor ratio is kept small to maximize the fun for everyone. After the instructed class there will be time to socialize, to enjoy food and refreshments... and lots of fun photo opportunities!
