These one-on-one, 30-minute sessions are designed to help you move with greater ease, control, and confidence. Whether you're looking to expand your range of motion, deepen flexibility, or build the strength that supports powerful, fluid aerial work, this is your time to focus entirely on you.
Sessions are available Sundays and Tuesdays, with the option to train once or twice per week—tailored to your goals and your rhythm.
This offering is open to all levels, from those just beginning their movement journey to seasoned aerialists refining their craft.
