Join Ying, a certified yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience, for a fun and nurturing yoga class designed for children ages 5–12 and their caregivers.
Through gentle yoga poses, partner stretches, breathing exercises, and playful movement, families will build strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness while connecting with one another. Ying’s supportive teaching style encourages everyone to participate at their own pace.
This class offers a welcoming space to slow down, have fun, and share meaningful moments together through movement, creativity, and relaxation.
No yoga experience needed. Bring your own mat or use one at the studio—just come ready to move, bond, and enjoy time together.
