Partner Acrobatics
Want to learn how to stand on your friends? Or throw them and catch them? In this partner acrobatics workshop we’ll explore elements of hand to hand, pyramids, and banquine. We’ll focus on building a strong foundation of trust, stability, and teamwork, that will lead to more advanced skills and fun! If you’re interested in basing, middling, or flying this workshop is for you.

Acro Research
In this movement workshop we will combine elements of dance, acrobatics, and improvisation. You will learn new skills and connections, build sequences, and hone your own personal movement quality. Whether you’re well acquainted with ground acrobatics or hoping to get more familiar this workshop is the perfect place to dive deeper and expand your floor repertoire.
Experience: Comfortable with rolls (forward & backwards) and cartwheels.

Cheya Potter started her circus journey at the age of twelve in the world of youth circus. There she was able to explore a variety of disciplines and was exposed to frequent performance opportunities. By the time she was in high school Cheya had dived head over heels into her love for circus and eventually found her way to Circus Smirkus Big Top Tour where she toured for three consecutive summers. Knowing she wanted to pursue a career in circus arts, after finishing high school Cheya attended Necca’s Protrack Program (2017-2019) where she began her ongoing relationship with Chinese pole. Since graduating she has worked with Cirque du Soleil on their touring show Ovo and was a part of the original creation of the chinese pole act. Most recently she completed her second contract of Duel Reality a Seven Fingers show.

The International Festival – Three Days of Family Fun!
September 27 - September 29
9:00am-5:00pm @4825 Trinity Rd., Raleigh 27606 (N.C. State University/PNC Arena)
Over 50 cultures are represented! INTERNATIONAL FOOD, DESSERTS, VENDORS, DRINKS, AND PERFORMANCES!
Intermediate & Advanced aerial and circus artists are welcome to apply to perform with Cirque de Vol at this year's International Festival in Downtown Raleigh! This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain onstage performance experience in a professional setting.
Students at Cirque de Vol can perform with their coach's permission. Non-students are also welcome and will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Performer fee: $50 for non-members, $30 with your Cirque performance program membership
