Parent & Me Yoga Class

Join Ying, a certified yoga instructor with over a decade of experience, for a joyful and nurturing Parent & Me Yoga class designed to bring families closer through movement, mindfulness, and play. This class is thoughtfully created for children ages 5–12 and their caregivers, offering a welcoming space to connect, explore, and grow together.
Through a blend of gentle yoga poses, partner stretches, breathing exercises, and imaginative movement, participants will build strength, flexibility, and balance while having fun. Ying’s compassionate, student-centered approach encourages each child and parent to move at their own pace, honoring their unique bodies and comfort levels.
With an emphasis on connection and self-discovery, this class invites families to slow down, tune in, and share meaningful moments together. Expect laughter, creativity, and relaxation as you and your child develop body awareness, confidence, and a sense of calm.
Bring your own yoga mats or use one at the studio.
No prior yoga experience is needed—just come ready to move, bond, and enjoy time together.
