This class will focus on building a foundation for aerial hoop/lyra. Students will develop strength, coordination, and body awareness on the aerial hoop. The class will include a warm-up and an introductory foundation to aerial hoop.
The aerial silks, also known as tissue, are a fun fabric apparatus that students can climb and wrap themselves in. Students will increase strength and flexibility as they are taught basic hangs, climbs, locks, and inversions. Class time includes basic yoga warm-ups, conditioning games on the silks, and instruction of skills and poses in the safety of an aerial nest. All bodies welcome. Brand New: Students should expect to stay in this class for at least 6 months if they are really athletic or up to a full year to build strength and basics.
This class will focus both on conditioning and movement in the air. Piecing multiple moves together, flow and choreography will be worked on.

Introduction to Aerial Silks for teens is for students who are new to aerial arts and wanting to try it out.
Brand New: Students should expect to stay in this class for at least 6 months if they are really athletic or up to a full year to build strength and basics.
This is an adult intro to aerial fabric drop-in class for students who are new to aerial arts. This is a great class to enjoy if you are interested in a 6 week or semester and the schedule is in-between sessions.
