Youth Beginner Aerial Hoop/Lyra
This class will focus on building a foundation for the Lyra, also known as the aerial hoop.
Students will develop strength, coordination, and body awareness on the aerial hoop, working up towards inversions and spins. The class will include a warm-up and an introductory foundation to aerial hoop.
Space is limited. Pre-registration required via the Mindbody App.
