In-Studio Vinyasa Flow w/Emily
7:30 pm – 8:45 pm
Vinyasa is a beginner to intermediate style class. In a vinyasa flow we link breath to movement. The goal of this hatha based practice is to find body awareness while moving through different poses. Flow yoga increases blood flow to the joints, builds strength and endurance, helps stability and balance, and decreases stress levels. This practice will leave your body feeling open and energized. We promise that you will leave feeling lighter on your feet!


Saturday – Every 2nd Saturday of the Month

Monkey Business: Handstands & Arm Balance Training
2:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Join Lauren Alivia for a monthly handstand + arm balance check in and training session! Lauren will be sharing tips, tricks, drills, and skills to “demystify” balancing on your hands (and forearms!)  Progressive programming will include handstand foundations + progressions, press prep, arm balance transitions, accessory postures, strength + conditioning, unstructured play, and more 🤸‍♀️.

Online Yoga

Mondays

Online Adult/Teen Mixed Flow Yoga w/Rachel
6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
This is an alignment-based flow that is accessible to beginners with modifications for various poses. The focus will be on cultivating arm strength while on the mat that can be used in aerial arts. We will warm up with sun a/b and build heat with the use of breath in dynamic postures. Some free play and arm balancing/inversions will be offered throughout the flow. Guided cool down and savasana at the end.
