Vinyasa is a beginner to intermediate style class. In a vinyasa flow we link breath to movement. The goal of this hatha based practice is to find body awareness while moving through different poses. Flow yoga increases blood flow to the joints, builds strength and endurance, helps stability and balance, and decreases stress levels. This practice will leave your body feeling open and energized. We promise that you will leave feeling lighter on your feet!

Online Mommy & Me Yoga (ages 0-1) w/Ashley
11:00 am – 11:30 am
Moms and babies come to the mat and connect with each other. Babies can begin to develop motor skills and socialization with moms as well as promote healthy digestion through the movements. New moms will work on increasing strength and flexibility, rebuilding the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.

Online Adult/Teen Chair to Mat Yoga w/Ashley
11:45 am – 12:30 pm
Gain flexibility and strength, find relaxation and destress as you are guided through a yoga flow using a chair for support. Chair yoga is great for stretching at the desk midday or for those with balance and range of motion limitations who would like to practice yoga with the added support of the chair.

Online Adult/Teen Mixed Flow Yoga w/Rachel
6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
This is an alignment-based flow that is accessible to beginners with modifications for various poses. The focus will be on cultivating arm strength while on the mat that can be used in aerial arts. We will warm up with sun a/b and build heat with the use of breath in dynamic postures. Some free play and arm balancing/inversions will be offered throughout the flow. Guided cool down and savasana at the end.


Online Mommy & Me Yoga (ages 2-6) w/Ashley
10:00 am – 10:30 am
Mommy’s and kids join us for a virtual play-date and yoga practice. We will learn ways to connect our breath to our bodies and help with emotions and feelings. Moms or dads can increase strength and flexibility and muscle tone. Kids will have fun interacting and learning about fun poses colors numbers spelling and more.

Online – Adult/Teen Restorative Yoga w/Ashley
4:00 pm – 4:45 pm
Slow down and open the body and mind through supported poses and guided relaxation to find total relaxation.


Online Adult Power Yoga w/Ashley
12:00 pm – 12:45 pm
An intensive fitness-based vinyasa flow. Strengthen and tone total body work out guided through a series of asanas. Completed with a deep stretch and relaxing savasana.
