Teen Beginner Silks
This class covers all your aerial silk basics. Each student will learn climbs, inverts, locks, and slides on the aerial fabric. Students work in small groups and can practice new moves at their own pace. Class includes basic warm-up, conditioning (pull-ups, grip work and deep abdominal strengthening), and beginner moves, vocabulary and technique (climbs, splits, inverts, foot locks, ankle hangs, etc.)
Teen Beginner Aerial Silks & Sling
We will explore the sling as its own aerial apparatus and shy away from its traditional use for aerial yoga, along with traditional aerial silks. Students will learn climbs, drops, flips, locks, transitions, choreography and conditioning tools used to enhance their aerial skills on any apparatus at their own pace. This class builds on skill progression and flow sequencing each week, creating opportunities for unique choreography and self expression.
In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of a well-aligned handstand, improve your technique or current handstand and work on numerous variations of the basics or wherever your practice is at currently. We will go through tips, exercises, stretches, and techniques to help improve your current hand balancing practice.
Aerial Fusion X
Want to get Circus strong? Then Aerial Fusion X, a suspension training (TRX) inspired class is for you!!! We will alternate between strength training intervals, flow into deep stretches, and add in some fun flips and poses throughout. Bring your water bottle and get ready to sweat and get STRONG!!
