Youth Trapeze ~ Ages 8+
In this class you will learn all the basics of trapeze. Skills learned on the single-point low-flying trapeze will include hanging and dangling, along with a variety of exciting moves. Enjoy a fun workout while expanding your imagination!
This class is typically taught in a 6 week session. Drop-ins welcome during the Summer months.
Please note: Missed classes are unable to be made up. Please plan accordingly and prioritize time for your child’s class attendance. No refunds or makeups will be permitted for missed youth classes.

No previous aerial experience required.
Students are strongly encouraged and expected to move through the levels slowly and at their own pace. Students should plan to stay at each level long enough to build the body strength and skill level necessary to master all poses safely and expertly before moving onto the next level.
What should I wear?
Leotards, unitards, tights, and/or other tight-fitting clothing, etc….Yoga pants work great, and you want a top that isn’t going to ride up over your head when you invert. You will want to cover the midsection and the backs of the knees. Please do not wear jewelry as it may snag or rip the silks. No shoes needed and remember your water bottle!’
