Handstand Foundations | Drop-in
In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of a well-aligned handstand, improve your technique or current handstand and work on numerous variations of the basics or wherever your practice is at currently. We will go through tips, exercises, stretches, and techniques to help improve your current hand balancing practice. All levels of experience welcome!
