Flow Aerial Yoga

Come join us at Cirque de Vol to experience the peaceful and powerful stress relief of Aerial Yoga. Students will enjoy deepening into yoga poses with the supportive assistance of an aerial yoga hammock. Accessible for all levels and beginners very welcome. Weekly aerial yoga practice is guaranteed to foster positive well being, flexibility, and fitness.

This class is great for a deep stretch, core conditioning, and increasing flexibility–while having fun!  Students will explore basic yoga poses in a low-hanging aerial hammock. This class is great for anyone who wants an introduction to aerial yoga, as well as students that are continuing to develop a regular aerial yoga practice.

What should I wear?

Leotards, unitards, tights, and/or other tight-fitting clothing, etc….Yoga pants work great, and you want a top that isn’t going to ride up over your head when you invert.
