Power Aerial Yoga
Day: Sunday Power Aerial Yoga

Power Aerial Yoga is designed to build strength and endurance. In this class you will be holding poses for longer periods of time and transitioning through poses in the aerial hammock in a more challenging way than you would in Beginner Aerial Yoga. This class focuses on strengthening the core, arms, and legs while bringing attention to the breath. Power Aerial Yoga is a fun and safe way to challenge your strength by working with gravity rather than against it. If you like to be upside down and in the air this class is for you!

FAQ’s

What should I wear?

Leotards, unitards, tights, and/or other tight-fitting clothing, etc….Yoga pants work great, and you want a top that isn’t going to ride up over your head when you invert. You will want to cover the midsection and the backs of the knees. Please do not wear jewelry as it may snag or rip the silks. No shoes needed and remember your water bottle!
