Adult Beginner Silk Series

This class is offered three days a week, on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Three different instructors.

Ages: 18+

Experience Level: No previous aerial experience required.

Price: $175 for 6-week session

Drop-in Rate: $35*
*Please Note: Drop-ins are typically not allowed after the first 2 weeks of a series, please email cirquedevol@gmail.com to see if a drop-in is possible.

Semester Pricing: $446 – Reg. $525 – 15% Savings of $79 when you purchase an 18-Week Adult Aerial Series Pass. This pass enables you to enroll in 3 consecutive 6-Week Series. Enrollment for each of the series sessions will be available when the dates are announced. This pricing option will be available on the registration page.

This class covers all your aerial silk basics. Each student will learn climbs, inverts, locks, and slides on the aerial fabric. Students work in small groups and can practice new moves at their own pace. The class includes basic warm-up, conditioning (pull-ups, grip work and deep abdominal strengthening), and beginner moves, vocabulary and technique (climbs, splits, inverts, foot locks, ankle hangs, etc.)
