This class is intended for students who have interest in aerial hoop (Lyra). Instruction will focus on beginning skills and conditioning, building up to inversions, and climbing. All skills and exercises will be tailored to your body’s current abilities. This is a mixed-level class primarily for beginners. Some intro to static trapeze will also be included. This class will build strength and confidence as your body does things you didn’t think were possible. ALL bodies welcome.


This is an adult intro to aerial fabric drop-in class for students who are new to aerial arts. This is a great class to enjoy if you are interested in a 6 week or semester and the schedule is in-between sessions.

The aerial silks, also known as tissue, are a fun fabric apparatus that students can climb and wrap themselves in. Students will increase strength and flexibility as they are taught basic hangs, climbs, locks, and inversions. Class time includes basic yoga warm-ups, conditioning games on the silks, and instruction of skills and poses in the safety of an aerial nest. All bodies welcome. Brand New: Students should expect to stay in this class for at least 6 months if they are really athletic or up to a full year to build strength and basics.



Beginners 3 is intended for students who are still at a beginner level but have some aerial experience. Instruction will focus on strengthening beginner skills and conditioning building up to inversions and climbing. All skills and exercises will be tailored to your body’s current abilities. This class will build strength and confidence. All bodies welcome.





Open gym time is for personal training, free time, and conditioning practice both for aerialists and for training ground skills (hoops, juggling, poi, acrobatics, etc). All bodies welcome.


This is a beginner’s class. Students will learn the foundation of aerial sling before progressing to the Beg. 2-3 level.

This class will focus on teaching students a variety of floor acrobatic tricks; from rolls, cartwheels, and walkovers to basic tumbling, flips, and other fun moves. We will also work on strength and flexibility. This class will allow students to perform new acrobatic skills safely and with confidence. All bodies welcome.

This class will take your handstand to the next level. Students will practice technique, strength, and body awareness, allowing them to hold their handstands longer and with ease.
