We have been working hard to put together great classes for you to help you stay fit, flexible and calm during this time. We have some of your favorite instructors and some awesome new instructors we know you will love taking their classes.

How It Works:
- Download the Zoom app to your laptop or phone
- Register for your desired class
- You will receive an email with a link that you will click on to join the class. You can only use this link to join the class.
- You must be registered at least 1 hour prior to class time to be able to attend.
- You will be emailed a Sign in link 30 mins to 1hr. before class.
- Please join a few mins prior to class start time to make sure all is working correctly

Aerial Fitness & Conditioning w/Ulia: Wednesdays 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Come join us for aerial fitness and conditioning class w/Ulia. This class is a focused fitness class that will keep you in shape for getting back to aerial silks.
Flexibility w/Ulia: Sundays 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm – Students will learn safe, sustainable, and effective exercises to increase the body’s natural range of motion without compromising strength or function. Students will learn and participate in active stretching and strengthening techniques. We will work on bringing balance to the body by freeing up fascial and neuromuscular barriers, and we will build muscle strength for flexibility that can be used. This class is accessible to all desiring to increase safe ranges of motion in their body. We recommend this class if you’re looking to explore contortion and/or further your aerial practice.
