Adult Hand Balancing & Intro to Cane Balancing w/Emphasis on Flexibility

This class will take your handstand to the next level. Students  will practice technique, strength and body awareness, allowing them to hold their hand balance longer and with ease. This class will also focus on flexibility to help you achieve more impressive hand balancing shapes and include an introduction to Cane Balancing.

All levels are welcome. Beginner friendly.
