Flips & Tricks: Adult Tumbling and Circus Acrobatics
The goal of this class is to give the students the ability to move freely in a wide range of acrobatic and martial arts movements to keep the body strong and flexible. Classes will start with a warm up of dynamic and static stretches before moving into skill training. Class will conclude with space for discussion and questions. Confidence, flexibility, and explosive power will be the overall theme of the class.
