This class will help you slow down and release tension using aerial hammocks for gentle stretching, therapeutic postures, and spinal decompression. Restorative Aerial Yoga is a calming practice designed to reset the nervous system and relax deeply held tensions in both the body and mind for a fully integrative restorative experience.

Vertical Apparatuses (Intro to Corde Lisse)

In this 90-minute class, students will learn moves that translate well in between silks and rope (corde lisse). Arika will teach the foundations of aerial rope as well as Spanish Web which utilizes an attachment hanging off the rope to hold onto etc. This workshop is designed to be open level as we will be discussing a lot of aerial theory and really learning how rope and silks are alike as well as different.

Respect to the sadness, anger and despair moving through many on the personal and collective levels in these critical times. Emotions arising from personal loss, trauma, regret, earth devastation, systematic and political injustice or ancestral burdens need to be honored and expressed for our personal and collective healing. These feelings can serve as powerful messengers when welcomed, felt, tended.
This primarily musically held journey is for those interested in tending grief in a ritual container with movement, prayer, writing and altar work. No dance experience required.
Om Prana Sonic Meditation

Om Prana- Sonic Meditation & Restorative Breathwork with Live Music
OM = Sound of Creation
PRANA = Energy/Life Force
Expect an evening of breathwork (pranayama), chanting, and sonic healing, followed by a deep guided meditation with live music.
In this 90 minute workshop, we focus on the breath and empowering the voice through the chanting of Aum (Om) and other vedic mantras. Much of the class takes place on the floor, so bring a mat, pillows, blanket, etc.
