Come join us at Cirque de Vol to experience the peaceful and powerful stress relief of Aerial Yoga. Students will enjoy deepening into yoga poses with the supportive assistance of an aerial yoga hammock. Weekly aerial yoga practice is guaranteed to foster positive well being, flexibility, and fitness.
Aerial yoga is great for a deep stretch, core conditioning, and increasing flexibility–while having fun! Students will explore basic yoga poses in a low-hanging aerial hammock.
Flow Aerial Yoga: Students should have taken at least one beginner/all level class prior to attending a flow class.
Power Aerial Yoga: Designed to build strength and endurance. In this class you will be holding poses for longer periods of time and transitioning through poses in the aerial hammock in a more challenging way than you would in Beginner Aerial Yoga. This class focuses on strengthening the core, arms, and legs while bringing attention to the breath. Power Aerial Yoga is a fun and safe way to challenge your strength by working with gravity rather than against it. If you like to be upside down and in the air this class is for you!
